Tamta Mikaberidze Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, Georgia Dr. Tamta Mikaberidze is Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology and Professor at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, Georgia. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, with her doctoral research focusing on Georgian foreign trade development within WTO agreements. As Deputy Head of the Institute for Development Studies, her research focuses on Industry 5.0, circular economy, and sustainable development. With over 15 years of academic experience, Dr. Mikaberidze has extensive experience in international collaboration through Erasmus+ programs and has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals, presented at prestigious international conferences, including the Business Systems Laboratory International Symposium and various European academic forums. Beyond academia, Dr. Mikaberidze brings valuable practical experience from her roles at the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Tbilisi City Hall. Her recent work examines the intersection of digital skills, industry transformation, and sustainable development, contributing to both theoretical frameworks and practical applications in business education.
